Everton forward, Richarlison could face punishment from the Football Association.

The Brazilian striker threw a flare back into the crowd as he celebrated his goal against Chelsea on Sunday in the Premier League.

The forward got the only goal of the game, and supporters threw a flare onto the ground during the celebrations.

Richarlison picked up the item and appeared to throw it back into the crowd.

A club spokesperson said: “We will look into the matter but, as far as we are concerned, Richarlison was attempting to throw it out of the ground.”
